Say before shuffling up
This is stock Silverquill Influence with Killian. It uses Auras, including Auras on opponents' creatures, to encourage attacks and draw cards. Killian triggers once for one or more qualifying attackers, rather than once per creature. Goad and combat politics matter while there are several opponents, and become less protective heads-up. I will explain Aura ownership and attack triggers clearly. Promise of Loyalty and Winds of Rath have different survival rules, so enchanted creatures are not automatically safe from both.

Bracket placement
Assessed for Bracket 2 (Core), reviewed 2026-09-18: the stock plan develops resources and wins through its described combat/value payoffs. Stock provenance alone does not determine a bracket. No listed Game Changers were identified in this reviewed inventory; discuss the actual plan, pilot experience and any modifications with the pod.
Power level
A developing board-and-resource plan rather than a measured numerical power score. Enchant a useful attacker on either side and trigger Killian once for each qualifying attack event. Convert Aura value and redirected combat into a winning board, then prepare direct answers for heads-up play. No gameplay sample or measured win-turn claim is attached to this assessment.
Matchups
Best evaluated by interaction and pace: this plan has time to develop when opponents contest the board over several turns. Aura targets can be removed in response, and opponents can gain value from the creatures you enchant. Goad does not force a particular defender or safely shield you heads-up. Promise of Loyalty involves sacrifice, while Winds of Rath checks enchantment; neither is a universal one-sided wipe. A fast hand-based win may bypass that board entirely, so compare available answers before keeping.
