Bracket placement

Bracket 2. This is an out-of-the-box precon with zero cards from the Game Changers list, no fast mana beyond Sol Ring, no mass land denial, no infinite combos, and no early-game tutors. It wins with fair, board-based token aggression and incremental card advantage, which is exactly the Bracket 2 profile.

Power level

A solid Bracket 2 token deck. It develops fast, rebuilds well after sweepers thanks to offspring value and Storm of Souls, and can kill from a modest board with Devilish Valet or Jazal Goldmane. It lacks the free interaction, fast mana, and combo finishes of higher brackets, and its ceiling is a wide, unblockable alpha strike rather than a one-card win.

Matchups

Strong against other precons and midrange decks, where the steady stream of copies and unblockable chip damage out-values the table. It struggles against decks with repeatable board wipes or heavy pinpoint exile, which strip the payoffs before the swarm matters, and against fast combo that ignores combat entirely. Go-wide mirror matches come down to who lands their draw engines first; Aetherize and Time Wipe are your outs against a faster board.

What to watch for

Your own sweepers are one-sided but opposing ones are not, so do not dump the whole hand into open mana from a control deck. Zinnia dying mid-turn removes offspring from spells you have not yet cast, so cast your most copy-worthy creatures while she is safely out. Rapid Augmenter and Devilish Valet paint targets on themselves, and the deck leans on Curiosity Crafter and Bident of Thassa for gas, so protect the draw pieces with Plumecreed Escort and Selfless Spirit. Echoing Assault's copies die at end step, so treat them as one combat of extra triggers, not permanent board.
