Bracket 2 readout.
Bracket placement
Bracket 2. Stock precon with zero cards from the Game Changers list, no infinite combos, no mass land denial, no extra-turn chaining, and Sol Ring as the only fast mana. It plays a fair battlecruiser game of ramp, big permanents, and combat.
Power level
A sturdy combat precon for its bracket. The animated board is unusually resilient, indestructible on your turn and not creatures at all on anyone else's, so creature sweepers that ruin other precons barely slow it down. The ceiling is a multiplier-boosted alpha strike; the floor is a pile of mana rocks when Bello is kept off the table.
Matchups
Strong against creature mirrors and removal-heavy tables, where your board dodges wipes and your own Blasphemous Act is one-sided. Weak against flyers, since almost nothing here blocks well and only Pyreswipe Hawk flies, and against fast combo it lacks the interaction to stop. Artifact and enchantment mass removal is the real nightmare, because your ramp and your army are the same cards.
What to watch for
Everything runs through Bello: he is cheap to recast once or twice, but repeated commander removal turns the deck into durdling rocks, so develop Wildsear or a real creature board as backup. Bane of Progress, Farewell, and Austere Command style effects hit your mana base and your win condition in one card. Animated permanents cannot block, so an all-in attack leaves you wide open on the crack-back. Indestructible does not stop exile, bounce, or sacrifice effects, and Greater Good is your own out for cashing in a board someone is about to steal or exile.
