100 CARDS.Bracket 4.

Reach, vigilance. Doubles every card you draw except the first in your own draw step, and doubles your token making. A second Ageless Insight on a 3/5 body that turns each extra draw into two.

Flash, draw seven at your end step, and each opponent's maximum hand size is reduced by seven. Flash dodges sorcery-speed removal and lands him in time for your next end step, which is when the seven arrive: he draws nothing before that. Do not count on the discard: The Second Doctor and Folio of Fancies give all players no maximum hand size, so expect the hand-size clause to be blanked most games.

You draw whenever a player draws their second card during their own turn, and a player's second spell during their own turn makes you a 2/2 Knight. Opponents taking the Doctor's end-step draws never trigger it: Howling Mine and Font of Mythos are what turn it on.

Flying, double strike, lifelink, and whenever you gain life you draw a card, no choice about it. A snowballing value flier that turns the deck's lifegain into cards, and with Sheoldred, the Apocalypse out the two are a mandatory draw-your-deck loop: a win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or a flashed Thassa's Oracle, a self-deck-out otherwise.

Whenever an opponent casts their first noncreature spell, draw unless they pay a tax that scales with its power. One of the best turn-one plays in the deck.

During your turn, opponents cannot cast spells or activate abilities of artifacts, creatures, or enchantments. Makes the kill turn resolve clean.

Power and toughness equal to your hand size, and every card you draw drains each opponent 1. The premier drain payoff: with the doubled draws it bleeds the whole table fast.

equip . Hexproof and haste. Protects a commander the turn it lands.

Taps for any of your colors. Clean Esper fixing.

artifact. , : gain 5 life and shuffle it and your graveyard into your library. The anti-deckout reset that recurs, since it shuffles itself back in: the repeat is redraw and recast, not an untap.

Taps for a color an opponent's land can make. Reliable fixing in three colors.

No maximum hand size, a and a tap mode where each player draws X, and a and a tap mode that mills each opponent for their hand size. Both run at instant speed. The deck's flexible group-draw lever and a deck-out tool.

Each player draws two additional cards on their draw step. Twice the Howling Mine; deploy it only with a payoff online.

Taps for three mana of any one color. Jumps you to the six and seven mana turns the big draw spells want.

Each player draws an extra card on their draw step while it is untapped. A group-draw enabler. Do not run it out with no payoff on board.

Whenever an opponent loses life, they mill that many cards. Every point of drain doubles as mill, and with Bloodchief Ascension at three counters it loops. Disclosed.

Taps for a color among your legendary creatures and planeswalkers. Free mana once the Doctor or Clara is down.

Taps for . The best ramp in the format and bracket-exempt.

Taps for or UB for 1 life. Esper fixing.

Taps for or WU for 1 life. Esper fixing.

Taps for . The no-maximum-hand-size clause is redundant with The Second Doctor and Folio of Fancies, so in practice this is a plain two-mana rock.

Untaps your artifacts on every opponent's untap step. Turns the rocks, Mana Vault, and Folio of Fancies into all-turn mana and instant-speed draw.

Counter a spell, they draw two later, you draw one. A cheap counter that feeds the group-draw plan while a payoff keeps you ahead.

Counter a spell with mana value 4 or greater. Stops the bombs the table ramps into.

, or free with your commander out. Your creatures gain indestructible this turn. Blanks a sweeper for nothing.

Destroy any permanent, they get a 3/3 Elephant. A catch-all answer.

Counter target spell; at your next main phase, add equal to its mana value. The counter that ramps: the rebate pays toward Consecrated Sphinx or Jin-Gitaxias.

Destroy a creature for one mana; its controller gets a 3/3 Ape. Cheap, clean, small downside.

Counter a noncreature spell unless they pay . One-mana protection for the engine.

Exile a creature. The cheapest premium removal in the deck.

Exile a nonland permanent; each player other than its controller gets a copy. Aim it at your own Howling Mine or Font of Mythos to spread forced draw onto opponents, and note your original is exiled in the trade.

Target player draws half their library and loses half their life, rounded up. Halve a player, then Wound Reflection's end step takes the other half. The aimed two-card kill.

Everyone discards and redraws to the biggest hand. A wheel that reloads you and detonates the drain payoffs.

Builds a quest counter each end step an opponent lost 2 or more life; at three counters, every card that hits an opponent's graveyard can drain them 2 and gain you 2. Loops with Mindcrank on one opponent at a time; each new opponent needs a fresh starter. Disclosed.

Domain: attacking you costs X per attacker, where X is your basic land types. X caps at three in this Esper base, Plains plus Island plus Swamp, and is often one or two early. The fort's tax wall alongside the Doctor's no-attack clause.

Whenever an opponent loses life, you gain that much. The other half of the Sanguine Bond loop, and it turns every drain trigger into life. Disclosed.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, they draw seven. A loaded gun: deploy it only with a punisher online, then it is lethal or a mill clock.

Free from your opening hand, and it gives your whole deck flash. Deploy Sheoldred or Consecrated Sphinx at instant speed to dodge sorcery-speed removal and hold up counters while you develop.

, cumulative upkeep . Draw when an opponent casts a noncreature spell unless they pay . The best turn-one play: it floods you early before the upkeep gets steep.

Whenever you gain life, a target opponent loses that much. With Exquisite Blood the loop is infinite off any life swing in either direction. Disclosed.

Every draw after your draw step's first is doubled. The multiplier that turns the group draw and payoffs into a drain burst.

Draw when an opponent attacks you with two or more creatures, takes their second draw, or casts their second spell in a turn, and it stops extra turns. A tax payoff and a soft deterrent.

Whenever an opponent draws a card, it deals 1 damage to them. Every group-draw effect becomes table-wide burn. Heavy black pips, watch your sources.

At each end step, every opponent loses life equal to the life they lost this turn. Doubles the bleed: ordinary drain turns become lethal, and it pairs with Peer into the Abyss for exact kills.

Taps for W, enters tapped. Station creatures onto it; at twelve charge, and a tap copies an artifact or enchantment you control. A slow lever the fort can afford.

WU painland, untapped.

Esper tri-land for W, U, or B. Enters tapped.

Taps for B, untapped with a Swamp out. Late, and a tap draws a card priced at life per card in hand. Careful: with no maximum hand size this deck holds huge hands, so the draw can cost 12 or more life. Use it when the hand is thin.

Esper triome carrying all three basic land types: it turns on Collective Restraint's domain three by itself and satisfies Castle Locthwain's Swamp check. Enters tapped, cycles late.

Artifact land: taps for W or U, enters tapped, indestructible. As an artifact it untaps on each opponent's untap step under Unwinding Clock, and destroy effects cannot touch it (exile and bounce still can). Replaces one of the two Islands: the basics are now one Plains, one Island and four Swamps, six in all for the tango lands.

UB dual with basic types, tapped unless you control two or more basics.

Filter land: taps for on its own, or plus a tap makes UU, UB, or BB. The hybrid cost needs a blue or black mana; cannot pay it.
