Modal DFC. Front face: 4/4 for 2WW. Anthem grants double strike to creatures you control that are enchanted or equipped (always on, both turns). At the beginning of each combat, free reattach of one of your Auras or Equipment between your creatures. Back face is Sword of the Realms, a 1W legendary equipment with vigilance and a return-to-owner's-hand trigger on death. Choose face at cast time. Commander-tax dodge with SOTR: decline the state-based move to the command zone (CR 903.9a) when Cloud dies so he stays in the graveyard and the dies-trigger returns him to hand.

3/4 vigilance Elf Druid, a prepare card. Enters prepared; while prepared you may cast the Regrowth copy for its normal cost (never free), which unprepares him. Attacking with 8+ lands re-prepares him.

Cloud's signature weapon. Flat +3/+2; when the equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card, then you may cast a spell from hand with mana value up to that damage for free.

+10/+10 for 8 to equip. Free equip via Cloud/Puresteel/Sigarda makes this absurd.

+1/+1 per color among permanents you control. While attached to any creature, opponents can't cast spells during your turn: no attack required, and it stops all spells, which protects the whole kill turn.

Shroud + haste. Zero equip cost. T0 protection.

Phase out for , repeatable. The deck's most flexible protection: it dodges wraths, exile, theft and targeted removal. It cannot answer a counterspell, and because activating it needs a priority window, a spell with split second resolves before you get one.
