100 CARDS.Bracket 3.

One damage to each opponent per noncreature spell you cast. Storm copies are not cast, so a ten-spell chain is ten to each face, which is reach rather than a kill.

creature whose activated ability is , : copy target activated or triggered ability you control X times. Storm is a triggered ability, so copying your own storm trigger doubles every copy. Storm 3 plus Gogo at X=1 does what storm 6 does unaided.

Enters prepared. The Oracle's Gift copy still makes tokens and adds storm, but prepare does not waive the cost: you pay the full .

Uncounterable. Draws on every instant and sorcery cast at the table, and every card you draw pings any target. Nothing in the 99 turns that damage back into a draw, so it is a payoff, not a loop. With Harmonic Prodigy out both triggers fire twice: two draws and four damage per instant or sorcery cast. Disclosed in the pod notes.

At the beginning of combat, an X/X blue and red Elemental with flying and haste if you cast an instant or sorcery this turn, X the greatest mana value you actually cast. A clock for the turns that are not the storm turn; copies are not cast, so the count never raises X.

Flash 2/2 that bounces target SPELL or permanent. Flash him in response to removal and bounce your own Prismari: he goes to hand, not the command zone, so no commander tax. This is the deck's main answer to its single point of failure.

Digs six for an instant, a sorcery, Niv-Mizzet or Terror of the Peaks, and gives your untapped Dragons hexproof. It cannot find Prismari; he lives in the command zone.

Enters and takes the monarchy: an extra card at your end step, and while you hold the crown an opponent who attacks you takes damage equal to the cards in their hand. Say it at rule zero; the crown changes who the table hits.

Prepares itself on your third spell each turn, which a storm turn does on its own. The Lightning Bolt copy costs its and is a real cast, so Prismari gives it storm.

Enters prepared: an Ancestral Recall copy for its cost. Not free, but it is a real cast, so it gets its own storm trigger.

0/2. Every instant or sorcery you cast mills a target player three, ten instead if five or more mana was spent on it. Deploy it before the chain; storm copies are not cast and mill nothing.

Flash body that draws a card whenever an opponent draws their second card in a turn.

1/3 with prowess. Triggered abilities of your Shamans and other Wizards trigger an additional time. Niv-Mizzet, Parun is a Wizard, so every instant or sorcery any player casts draws you two and every card you draw pings twice: four damage per cast, and still no loop. Irencrag Pyromancer's second-draw trigger deals 3 twice, Spellseeker searches twice, Dragonologist digs twice, Venser bounces two spells or permanents, Exhibition Tidecaller mills twice per real cast and Gandalf pings each opponent twice. Storm belongs to the spell, not to a Wizard, so it is not doubled.

Spells you control can't be countered. The storm turn resolves.

Three damage the first time you draw your second card in a turn. Once per turn, but on every turn, including your opponents'.

Opus: every instant or sorcery you cast puts a +1/+1 counter on it. If five or more mana was actually spent on that spell, add equal to the Maestro's own power. Spent, not printed cost, so a Crystal discount lowers the mana spent.

Legal access to a Wheel of Fortune copy. Refuels the storm turn and hurts hoarders.

Tutor stapled to a body; finds any instant or sorcery at mana value 2 or less: Pyretic Ritual, Brain Freeze, Brainstorm or Gamble.

Every Empty the Warrens goblin pings for one. Twenty goblins is twenty damage.

Artifact land; Urza's Saga construct food.

Free spell for storm count and a mana at the same time.

Cashes in for a card late.

Taps Prismari, Niv-Mizzet or any legend for extra mana mid-chain.

Every land taps for TWO toward instants and sorceries. Functionally doubles a storm turn.

Artifact land; Urza's Saga construct food.

Not a Game Changer per WotC, but still the single best turn-one play in the deck.

Red spells cost 1 less and your creatures have haste.

Blue spells cost 1 less AND opponents mill four extra per mill. Turns Brain Freeze into a kill.

No maximum hand size matters with Consecrated Sphinx.

Japanese SOA copy.

Two Treasures plus two cards, with a discard as an additional cost. Net negative mana on the turn, so it is draw that pays you back later, not a ritual.

Second storm instance from Prismari. With The Water Crystal each copy mills seven.

At it ties Preordain and Sleight of Hand for cheapest, and it is the one that both scales with storm count and refuels the chain instead of ending it. At storm 5 its six resolutions draw 18 cards. With Niv-Mizzet out, his cast trigger adds one draw and ping: 19 damage and net +6 cards in hand after spending Brainstorm.

Japanese SOA copy; kicker scales late.

Two mana, unconditional, hits anything, and the cheapest unconditional counter in the deck. The only other two are Mana Sculpt at three and the counter mode on Three Steps Ahead, also three.

Japanese SOA copy. Free protection during your own storm turn.

Japanese SOA copy. Card now, Clue for a card later. Cracking the Clue is an activated ability, not a cast, so it adds nothing to the storm count.

Delve makes it nearly free after a storm turn fills the yard.

gives a yard instant or sorcery flashback at a cost equal to its mana cost, so you pay the card again. It is the one rebuy that keeps X, unlike Mizzix's Mastery.

Counter target spell. With a Wizard out you add equal to the mana they spent on that spell, at the beginning of your next main phase.

Copies your own X spell and returns it to hand so you can cast it again for more storm.

Shuffle your graveyard into your library, then the target mills that many. Late in a storm turn it is as big as the turn was, and it empties your own graveyard, so cast it after Mizzix's Mastery, never before.

Net +1 mana and +1 storm.

Japanese SOA copy. Spree copy or redirect.

to phase Prismari out of a removal spell. No zone change, so no commander tax. Know the price: he is gone until your next untap step, and a phased-out permanent's static abilities do nothing (CR 702.26b), so nothing you cast after the Slip gets storm from him, only Empty the Warrens and Brain Freeze off their printed storm. Use it on the turn he lands, or once the payoff is already on the stack, not in the middle of the chain.

Japanese SOA copy. Protects the combo turn for one mana.

Spree: counter, copy a permanent, or loot. Never dead.

Primary kill. Five times X to X targets, then copied for the whole storm count.

Has storm printed AND gets storm from Prismari; rule 702.40b means both instances trigger.

X damage to a creature plus Treasures for the excess. Ramp and removal in one.

Free spells off the top plus Paradigm recurs it every first main phase.

Overload recasts your entire graveyard of instants and sorceries free. Usually lethal.

Two-mana sorcery that copies an artifact or creature you control. Under Prismari it copies for the whole storm count. Point them at Sol Ring or Talisman of Creativity and it is a ritual in disguise: at storm 5 that is six Sol Ring tokens, twelve mana, for two. The tokens go at the next end step. Never target The Fire Crystal or The Water Crystal; the legend rule kills the token.

One mana, one storm count, digs two deep.

Japanese SOA copy.

Everyone discards and draws seven for . With Consecrated Sphinx out that is 21 opponent draws and up to 42 cards for you, 50 Niv-Mizzet points counting his cast trigger; without her it refills three opponents as much as you.

Harmonize lets you recast it from the graveyard.

Chapter III fetches Sol Ring, Lotus Petal.

Puts Prismari in hand from the command zone, so that recast pays no tax. It does not reset the tax: a later cast from the command zone still pays for each earlier command-zone cast (CR 903.8).

Symmetric loot; fine when you have no play.

Any color for instants and sorceries, 1 life per mana. For it becomes a 2/4 Wizard with a triggered ability that gives it +1/+0 for each instant or sorcery you cast after it is animated; spells cast earlier that turn do not count.

Any color toward a Dragon spell, which here means Prismari, Niv-Mizzet or Terror of the Peaks, and for it sacrifices to fetch one of the two Dragons in the library.

Scries on Dragon spells; the commander is an Elder Dragon.

Swapped in for the 11th Island.

Untapped always.

Untapped most turns.

Land when you need one, land destruction when you don't.
